TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We politely request that parents coming with children are mindful of other guests.

For health and safety reasons smoking, eating and drinking inside the rooms is forbidden.

We are sorry not to welcome pets even kind ones!

Check in:

Rooms available for check in from 3 pm.up to 6 pm. We would be grateful if you could inform us of a late arrival.

You may drop off your luggage before check in if agreed in advance.

Conditions of reservation:

We request a 30% down payment of the total amount at time of reservation and the remaining balance upon arrival.
A deposit of 200Euros will be blocked but not debited at the time of booking. In case of voluntary, non-voluntary damage or theft, this deposit may be partially or completely debited from your credit card. The deposit will be released 7 days after your stay.

Conditions of cancellation:

40 days before arrival: no penalty
Between 39th and 15th day: 30% of total amount.
Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of total amount.

In case of non attendance or early departure the total amount is due.

Payment is made upon arrival by bank transfer, cheque or cash. No credit cards accepted.
